A first entry

This month, in partnership with leading multi academy trust The Elliot Foundation, the Centre has embarked on a exciting piece of research funded by the Laurel Trust.

It marks the next step in an signficant journey that has seen the Centre build on an extended piece of research in one school (2010-2013) which was then shared locally (with Teaching and Learning alliances), regionally (through LEA events), nationally (at the Houses of Parliament – to All Party Parliamentary Group for Children) and internationally through opportunities in Canada and Australia.

October saw us publish ‘How to take your school on a journey to outstanding: five building blocks to maximise children’s social learning potential‘, and as interest continues to grow – so we offer you this blog as a chance to share in this journey.
